All "Why study history" essays were due on Monday the 21st. Several students have not turned them in. Please make sure I have a printed copy. If this is immposible please share your assignment with me ingmail or email me at my waldvogelhistory@aol.com Please indicate that you would like me to print your work in the subject line. Please do not ask me to print your work if you have access to a printer!

Second post of 2009-2010 school year







Parents and students,

Above are student responsibilities, some reasons why the study of history is so important and quotes about history. Students should be working on their first 5 paragraph essay. "Why Study History?" The essay must be typed and include

a 4Square outline(set up in class)

an introduction with quote about history and a thesis statement

3 Body/proof paragraphs - reasons

Conclusion that restates thesis summarizes proofs and uses a second quote about history
